Hi Pamster22,
There was a question earlier in the year about the affects of sugar on ADHD (child as well as adult) You can read the question and answers here. Experts and patients are split, but it certainly bears looking in to. Eileen Bailey, a resident expert, also wrote an article called ADHD and Diet. You can read that article here.
