the first 2 days I had an upset tummy. the third day no frequent trips to the bathroom but very angry for no reason! and kinda groggy too.
Q: can strattera make an adult extremely angry after only 3 days of treatment?

Mood changes are not listed on the common side effects for Strattera, however, that does not mean your change of mood has not been caused by this medication. I would suggest contacting your doctor and letting him or her know what you are experiencing.
Your doctor would better know what would be the best way to proceed.
