this is very important too me as i am going through a custody battle and i am in fear of his health and well being both from his mother and the gov agency that is managing this case (or i should say lack of managment)
Q: my son have not worn any form of underwear since leaving pullups and i am seeking links to case studies on the mental and physical impact this will have on him both now and when he gets older.

Unfortunately, I am not familiar with this issue and do not know of any studies that address this. That is not to say there are no studies, I just am not aware of them.
