I started taking Adderall last year and started taking college classes. I am really having a hard time with reading and absorbing any of the material, and getting headaches almost daily. I am wondering if I need to change my medication. I do wear reading glasses, but this does not help.
Q: I have been diagnosed with adhd and am taking adderall. I am having trouble in class and test prep.

I am not a medical professional and would not be able to give you medical advice on treatment or medications. Whether you need to change medications would be a discussion you should have with your physician.
However, each person can react differently to medications. What may work well for one person may not work well for another. Often, finding the right medication and the right dosage is a matter of trial and error.
As far as your troubles with reading comprehension, I am not sure if you have had this difficulties in high school as well. Many colleges offer different resources for students with learning disabilities and ADHD, you can talk with the college disability office and find out what types of resources, such as tutoring, are available to help you.
