Thank you for your question and welcome to ADHDCentral.com.   Some people with ADHD are hypersensitive and it may be the texture of the food that causes your grandson distress. For the same reason, children with ADHD may not like tags in their clothes, may need socks and shoes on at all times, have a sensitivity to loud sounds or strong smells.
