Hi Heatherjones1109,   Adderal is a combination drug of amphetamine and dextroamphetamine. You can read about the medication here, but there is also a drug interaction listing here that includes drugs commonly prescribed for high blood pressure (specifically clonidine, guanabenz, methyldopa) . You should probably discuss this with your doctor or pharmacist, to determine the best way to manage your care. Only your doctor knows whether it is safe to continue taking the Adderal, or if you should make a change. Whatever you do, do not discontinue any medication without your doctor's knowledge and monitoring. Online sites are wonmderful places to get information that will help you manage your care, but they can not take the place of your doctor's sound medical advice and care. Take care and let us know how you are doing!!Vicki M
