Is there a substitute medication for adhd that i can buy over the counter??
that works "like" the same way as Strattera or any other types of adhd drugs??
I already went to the adhd class, Doctors, and Physiatrist for adhd drug.
The physiatrist said he would talk to the Doctor. it's been over a 3 months now. and i cant wait that long. So i was wondering if they would even prescribe me adhd drugs.
Now i was planing to fine an alternative way to help my adhd....

There is no over-the-counter or alternative treatment that has been scientifically proven to be effective in treating ADHD. You should contact your psychiatrist or your doctor and find out why there has been such a delay in you receiving treatment. You should not have to wait 3 months, if your doctor and psychiatrist have indicated you would benefit from trying ADHD medication.
