I have 2 children ages 11 and 10 that I have had primary custody for almost the last 10 years. My oldest has ADHD and his father has not always been good at doing homework or studying with the children. Does anyone have any suggesstions since my ex now wants to take me back for joint custody.

As a single mom of and 8 year old, I know that going back to court is horrible. I hope that it all works out in the best interest for the kids. If you are that concerned about your child father not helping him as much as he should, you should definately bring it up to your lawyer and the judge.
