Thank you for your question and welcome to ADHDCentral.com.   Because Section 504 and IEPs are specific to the needs of the individual child, it would be impossible to say whether your son would fit the criteria for Section 504. This would need to be determined by your school district after an evaluation. You can also request an evaluation for learning disabilities.
