After taking 72 mg of Concerta and 10 mg ritilin daily for years, my 55 year old husband started displaying very unusual anger, and chronic neck & back pain. He has high blood pressure, and a family history of heart disease. His Dr. has never even checked his BP. I think it is the Concerta, has anyone else experienced anything like this?

I would certainly suggest speaking with your husband's doctor about the symptoms he is experiencing. Chronic neck pain is not a side effect of Concerta or Ritalin. Nervousness can be a side effect, but aggression is not normally one. You may want to keep a notebook of the symptoms your husband is experiencing, including what medication he is taking and when. This can help you better explain to the doctor exactly what is going on.
If you aren't satisfied with the doctor's care, talk to your insurance company about getting a second opinion or switching doctors. You and your husband should feel confident that your doctor is giving you the best possible care. If you do not, then you should consider talking with a different doctor.
