How to help/resource in ADHD Teen who think of others in a negative atitude?

He uses to think of others(people around him) in a negative ways. How can we as parent to help him? He keeps give us reason that he is dyslexia.
Truly, he is also a dyslexia child which co-related to SID.

Can you tell us more about your son. What sorts of things is he doing to show this negative attitude? Is he having difficulty in school with peers or teachers?
Are you saying he has sensory integration disorder and dyslexia? Has he been diagnosed with ADHD?
