now iam 41 years old with lupus.and i having problems stayin focus i cant now i am on dextroamhet 10

now im finally having anciety panic attacts cause im afraid .i no i need help and they wait so long to help. now i am on d-amphetamine salt combo 5mg. and it wears out in 2 hours.i explain to the dc. after that i dont no what to do. so now she has put me on Dextroamphet 10 mg . PLEASE HELP ME ..
