Need help for ADHD/ODD Gifted teen with grades and behavior

My son is ADHD/ODD and Gifted. He is now medicated and has seen a psychologist for 6 months, before discontinuing treatment, his doctor said he didn't see how he could help. My sons grades are awful, and has been mostly on and off since 4th grade. I requested either an IEP or 504 Plan in his 9th…
