I'm 52 ("Adult ADD") and that's what it does for me. Isn't that what you hoped for? I had to start taking another 1/2 pill at lunchtime to continue focussed til my special ed students went home at 2:30. Unfortunately I upped it to the original 10 mg bid and since I have a heart history (no attack or high BP) - arrhythmia, I started having PVCs and getting light headed so I'm weaning myself off and plan to increase my Fish Oil and Ginko Biloba to see if higher doses will help in the absence of the Amphetamine salts.
