Hello   I also write for Health Central's Depression site and just recently I wrote an article about how to get both mental health services and medications when you have no insurance or money.  Here is the link to my article.   Please also look at the comments because there are other resources listed there as well.  You can also try contacting the company that manufactures the drug you need and asking what sort of financial assistance they provide.   I hope this helps some and thank you for your question.
