Hi Georgiam,
First, I would ask your primary care physician if they know of an ADHD expert in your area. If not, there are a number of ways to find someone. First, go to the CHADD website at www.chadd.org and click on their chapter locater. Find out where the closest chapter is to you and contact them for names of clinicians in your area.
You can also find online ADHD directories at www.chadd.org, www.add.org and www.addconsults.com . Coaches are also listed there and since the great majority of them work via telephone, it doesn't matter where they are located.
