i cant fall asleep easily but i cat get up very easy.but all day i m like a zombie even if i have sleep 8-9 hours evev if i have sleep 3.the only thing i wanna do all day is watch tv all day long.i dont have the power to lift a box.i feel all the time bored and dont want to do or go anywhere.even for a walk .i have heard that ritalin to normal people makesthem hyperactive.
