what test do u do to determine adult adhd?

daughter 37 disnoised(sp) is on adderall and something for agitation. she also had hurt her back and is on some pain medicine.. she has been on this a year and has all the side effects. we have tried to talk to her but she wont listen now its worse . we found her drinking with this medicine. not sleeping lieaving home in the middle of the night to go shopping and gone hours. thinks nothing of this.. and its worse everyone is to blame when we lalk to her. all we want is her to tell her doctor about this but she thinks she is all right compulive spending,forgettingtasks it horrible expecially late in the evening. found her in the yard digging in the grass at night doesnt sleep. I think the reason she wont tell is affraid the doctor will take her medicine away. she thinks she alright.. what test determine adhd ?
