Was taking Focalin 5mgs QID with reasonable symptom control while taking Dolophine 80mg TID for chronic pain. Pain became increasingly severe and required that the Dolophine be increased to 100mgs TID. The increase in Dolophine seems to have decreased the effectiveness of the Focalin. Would it be better to switch to a different more potent stimulant (Desoxyn) at a lower beginning dose or try and increase the Focalin? Thanks.
