Thank you for your question and welcome to ADHDCentral.com.
I am not a medical professional and would not be able to give you medical advice.
Because this is a site for ADHD, I am not familiar with many of the medications, both over-the-counter and prescription, used to treat allergies. We do have a site: MyAllergyNetwork.com that may have additional information on this topic.
Drug screenings are often specific to the needs of whoever is ordering the screening. For example, employers will usually screen for illicit drugs, such as marijuana, amphetamines and cocaine. What shows up on the screening is dependent on what is being screened for.
In addition, it is impossible to say how long a medication stays in a person's system with any accuracy. Everyone metabolizes medication differently and how long a medication stays in your system can also be impacted by foods and drinks you consume.
I know this doesn't really answer your question but I hope it helps.
Eileen
