should a therapist encourage a college student with add to reapply after failing 2 semesters?

my daughter was just diagnosed three mo ago with add and depression after being requested to withdraw from a difficult jesuit college. she is on medication but still seems very disorganized and erratic but trying so hard at the time.  she is still close with her friends and misses school very…
