Hi Nancy,

Are you asking about a specific medication? There are many drugs for ADHD specifically, and there are many more drugs on the market. Each drug has its own drug interactions, so I don't really know how to answer your question without more specific information.

Yes you can take other medications while you are taking a medication to treat the symptoms of AD/HD. Just like anyother medication there can be some side affects to so you want to talk to your doctor and tell him or her what medication that you are taking that way the two of you can come up with the best treatment for you.I am the Coordinator of the Long Beach CHADD out hear in California you can get helpful information at www.help4adhd.org Great Information
