Selegilene is a medication for Parkinson's disease and, unfortunately, I am not familiar with this medication. However, after looking up information on it, it does indicate that there can be interactions with SSRI's - which Paxil is.
Your doctors should be aware of all medications you are taking, if you have different doctors, please be sure to give each a list of all medications you are taking, including vitamins, supplements and over-the-counter medications.
You may want to talk to your doctor about possible interactions so you understand what types of interactions to look for and know what to do if those should occur.
