Your concerns really need to be discussed with your doctor, as I cannot give medical advice. You might want to ask him if the extended release (Adderall XR) cause less of a problem. You may need to try another medication. But others have found that eating more frequent, but smaller meals, throughout the day often helps. Also, snacks that are high in calories can be helpful, too. Keep healthy snacks with you at all times and try to remember to nibble at them.

I've even heard of people using Ensure and similar products to help them keep their weight up. Still, please discuss this with your doctor to see if he has some other solutions.
