Thank you for your question and welcome to ADHDCentral.com.
Alcohol can intensify the effect of Adderall. You don't mention whether you are or have been taking Adderall, but certainly you would not want to mix alcohol with a medication you have not been taking as you would not know how you will react to the medication.
People with a substance abuse problem may want to talk with their doctor about this before taking Adderall or other stimulant medications as there is a potential for abuse with these types of medications.

Yieks! Yes, Alcohol can intensify the affects of adderal...It is dangerous to mix both as you can also consume much more alcohol & not feel that you have drank much. Gives you a false sense that you are not intoxicated;yet you may risk dying from alcohol poisoning that night! It can also lead one to behave agitated, argumentative, & even psychotic-depending on the individual's reaction to the combonation of these two drugs? Adderal is a serious narcotic drug & often people don't think that they could possibly die ever from mixing alcohol with it?! technically, anyone could have an adverse reaction just doing one of the drugs alone! We never think about this & sometimes there are unfortunate results?! The combo can also make you behave aggressive, violent, or even psychotic, sooo, BEWARE & TAKE CARE! THINK!
