Alcohol can intensify the effect of Adderall. You don't mention whether you are or have been taking Adderall, but certainly you would not want to mix alcohol with a medication you have not been taking as you would not know how you will react to the medication.

 

People with a substance abuse problem may want to talk with their doctor about this before taking Adderall or other stimulant medications as there is a potential for abuse with these types of medications.
