Yes. Be worried and take action now. Even at correct, low dosages, these ADD/ADHD stimulant drugs like Adderall and Vyvanse (often taken together) can cause a serious side effect (Rhabdo) that can kill and destroy or damage kidneys as skeletal muscle is being destroyed. The side effects you name are serious, I had them all and more plus more serious ones months later that sent me to an ER. Diagnosis: Rhabdomyolysis  Cause ADHD stimulant drugs Vyvance and Dexamphetemine - I had been on Adderall prior to this. Here is the important information for you now. I had a cpk level of 60,000. Norm is under 200. Though I had reported all symptoms to my doctor he denied ADHD drugs could be responsible because I was taking low normal dosages. He ordered no bloodwork.  Demand cpk specific blood work and urine test for renal function be done now  and perhaps regularly. This will determine if headed towards Rhabdo or other serious side effects.  Please do NOT be dissuaded by the prescribing doctor. Most think this is a very rare occurance. When it happens to you it is not so rare AND is preventable by cpk blood wrk-ups.   I wish you well. You were wise to be concerned. Now be your own advocate.
