Health insurance for ADHD/Aspergers?

My son has been diagnosed ADHD and ODD for some 9 years now and just recently diagnosed as possibly having Aspergers. His father, the jerk that he is, has let the insurance that he is responsible for lapse and now there is none and he really doesn't care since he isn't around much. Which is why…
