HI, I HAVE LIVED WITH ADHD MY WHOLE LIFE. I KEEPED GETTING DEPRESSED, BECAUSE I COULDN'T KEEP UP WITH EVERYTHING. How many disorders can one person have

I am a 34 year old woman who has been dignosed with ADHD and PTSD. And take meds for both. Is there a difference in always knowing & just finding out
