Winding down at night...
How are others able to "wind down" at night to ensure a) going to bed at a reasonable time and b) being able to fall asleep easily (instead of being restless)? My child and I both have ADHD and we both seem to want to stay up too long.

Down,and Out
i JUST RECENTLY FOUND OUT THAT I HAVE ADHD, AFTER MY TWO SONS DIAGNOSED WITH THE SAME THING. MY WIFE HAD BEEN TELLING ME THAT I NEVER FINISHED TASK AROUND THE HOUSE, OR NEVER HELPED WITH PAYING BILLS. SHE SEEMS TO THINK IT'S BECAUSE I DON'T CARE,AND WOULD RATHER LEAVE IT ALL UP TO HER .
