Son 23 wants to stop meds and therapy

How do you convince someone to keep takin meds and see therapist? This is so frustrating!!!!! He also has depression, aniety and long Qt, because of long Qt cannot take lots of meds, cannot take anything for the ADD, is taking mild meds for depression, anxiety.
