My son is driving me nuts... what do I do?

I have a child that has sever ADHD and is on 40mg of Focalin XR. He does very well at school but by the evening he is all over the place and has no attention span. He screams, throws stuff. My son is going with out meds over summer, house is upside down.Help

Sons doctor didnt want him on any meds over summer and he has our whole house upside down . Its not going very well and we really are tried of getting on him all the time and i mean every min of the min , her is not making good judgemental decions at all, Got any advice that would help me?

Stranded

I have ADHD. I was never evaluated or treated as a child. I have an adult daughter with ADHD who refused her medication as a child. She is now a felon with a drug problem.
