Son 23 wants to stop meds and therapy

How do you convince someone to keep takin meds and see therapist? This is so frustrating!!!!! my son and ADHD

PDD-NOS; Autism; mood disorder; now ADHD are they linked somewhere? How could the Dr.'s put us on such an emotional rollercoaster.
