Antidepressants and medicines to treat attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) are becoming almost as common as vitamins and asthma drugs in many summer camps' "medication lines." The American Camp Association estimates that almost one quarter of kids attending U.S. summer camps in 2006 take a medication for ADHD, psychiatric problems, or mood disorders.
