A new study published in The Lancet suggests that a restrictive diet may help children with ADHD more than drugs. The study's lead author, Dr. Lidy Pelsser of the ADHD Research Centre in the Netherlands, says that since ADHD is symptoms caused by external factors, that environmental control can often help relieve those symptoms.
