A new study has found that teens with lower grade point averages
are likely to experience sleep problems. These teens also report
restless, aching legs and difficulty concentrating during the day.
Because these symptoms are also found in people with
attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), experts say
parents may want to have their sleepless teens tested for ADHD.
