A small New Zealand study suggests that multivitamins containing amino acids and micronutrients may ease some adult ADHD symptoms. The eight-week study found that patients who took a vitamin that contained 36 micronutrients had depression levels that fell into the normal range, and showed other signs of improvement. The study's author said it may be possible for ADHD sufferers to show improvement by improving their overall nutrition.
