Alternative treatments can range from taking daily supplements to EEG neurotherapy. Some, such as exercise or Omega 3 Fish Oil are considered complementary treatments, those that are added to traditional treatments, rather than taking the place of other treatments. Some are used without scientific backing or proof of effectiveness.
