Kids who have ADHD may face greater risks crossing the street, a new study suggests. A virtual reality simulation of a busy street revealed that kids 7 to 10 who had the neurological disorder did look both ways before crossing, but they misjudged how long it would take them to cross. The study's researchers say the ADHD children see the same risks in their street environment, but they appear to have a problem understanding timing.
