Ritalin Abuse

College students are increasingly taking Ritalin to help them stay
awake to study during final exam week, according to drug abuse
experts. Ritalin is readily available, cheaper, and--many students
believe--safer to take than street drugs. A doctor at the
University of Florida says that students who take stimulants
without a prescription often do worse academically than students
who avoid the drugs.
