Ritalin helps movement problems in ADHD kids

A new study has found that just one dose of the ADHD drug Ritalin can temporarily improve movement and muscle control in children with ADHD-C or hyperkinetic disorder (HKD). Researchers studied 24 boys newly diagnosed with ADHD-C or HKD and found that they had better coordination and balance after taking a dose of Ritalin when compared with a placebo.
