Naps may reduce hyperactivity, anxiety in children

A small study has found that daytime naps can reduce hyperactivity, anxiety, and depression in young children. Researchers say that there is no set age when children should stop napping. They encourage parents to build some quiet time into the day so that kids can sleep if they need to.  Read full story >
