Mixed-Handed Kids More Likely to Have ADHD

A new study has found that kids who don't show a preference for being right or left handed are more likely to suffer from attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and other learning problems. Researchers looked at 8,000 students and found that ambidextrous children were twice as likely to have trouble with language, and were twice as likely to show signs of ADHD by their teens. Experts say these results may help doctors and parents identify a child who may be at heightened risk of learning problems.  Read full story >
