I'm in my teens, and at the moment, I have a face rash, for the last year or two. My mum suggests I don't see the doctor but make sure to write down the things I ate and drink. I have recently notice, if i don't eat milk or chocolate, the rash seems to dim down, and my face isnt so itchy and painful. Do you think I should carry on not eating milk or chocolate or go see the docter?

I'm kinda comfused, since that may not be the problem that is causing my face rash.
