Hi Lynn,
From everything I have read, your symptoms do not seem to come up regarding garlic allergies. There is an entire conversation of postings about the subject located here. Also some really good tips on how to avoid Garlic and which foods contain garlic that you might not know about. Like worcheshire sauce. Who would have thought?
You should really consult a doctor about your symptoms to find out for sure, but there is a symptoms database located here, that will help you determine some questions you should ask when you see your doctor.
Let us know how you are doing! Stay in touch!

Thanks Vicki for your comments. I agree that my symptoms do not seem to fit the category of allergy so I will seek out my doctors thoughts on this. If you do hear of anything other than the usual symptoms, however, please let me know and I will do the same.
