I have suffered with allergies since I was a teenager.    I took the shots and all the usual medications.   Well, as of 3 months ago, I went off ALL my medications.   I found relief with something called OPC-3.    I am a true believer.  ...

As a sufferer of nasal congestion for 40 years, and forced to treat it with steroid sprays. Or over the counter nonsense where you experience "rebound" affects. I use a nasal irrigator once a day at night before bed.

I have clear breathing with ZERO side effects! I use another system other than a neti pot which allows for a more uncomfortable experience. I use a product called nasal cleanse & only 1/4 container of water a dash of solution. Starter kit lasts about 6 months and only costs $25.00! for a 30 day supply of nasal rinse packs. Just a small anmount does the trick! You don't need to use 8 oz of water & a full pack to get relief....

I love nasal cleansing. The system I use is portable & reusable it's perfect for when my husband & I travel. I just need to bring 1 packet for 1 week trip!

    Hi Gloria:

Great to hear you are finding relief with the nasal cleanse.

Unfortunately I used to get the itchy and watery eyes as well.

So the OPC-3 works for both for me.

    Stay strong.
