I have a friend whose toddler is VERY allergic to wheat, rice, barley, and oatmeal.  Eating these items results in trips to the ER for "epi" shots.  Are there any products, especially snacks, etc. that are available or do you know of recipes that would work?  Whenever the other kids get treats, etc., it would be great to have a substitute for him.

Thanks,

Nancy
