I've often wondered about this, both statistically...
Ted Kennedy...now here is a real bum, drunkard, sexual exploiter of women and of course a man involved in involuntary manslaughter. His left liberal leanings won him the dislike of the conservatives who thought he was some kind of screwball and unfit to be a Senator.
Mass has a way of sending homosexuals and deviates to serve in the US Congress. This State has done a disservice to the United States and made life miserable for the rest of us.
This list would include Barney Frank who helped bankrupt this Country
