Nasal allergies, or allergic rhinitis as health care professionals call it, is a chronic illness that can vary greatly in intensity and frequency, but is never fun, with the accompanying nasal stuffiness, runny nose and sneezing. Not to mention the often linked itchy, burning eyes and overall feeling...

Great article on "10 things to do this Year if you have nasal allergies" I agree the most important thing to do is recognize your problems and put forth a plan to get your allergies under control. Pro-active management of ones own health is so important. People do need to partner with their Doctors, understand all their options and take ownership to improve their health. Noticing triggers and anticipating weather & environmental factors are all ways to help minimize allergy symptoms. Once you've determined the best course of treatment, stick to your plan and enjoy the benefits from the improvements you've made. Thanks for encouraging people to take ownership in their own health.
Hi Cindy... We're on the same wavelength.
If you've read many of my posts here on the Allergy site, as well as the Asthma site, you know that this is the framework of my belief system about managing our health. I agree with you... it's just so important to take ownership. After all, their our bodies.
Best,
