Sounds simple enough---just stay indoors! Ha!
and another ha! to allergy shots-I had them for five years and my alleriges are as bad or worse than before.
I forgot-another "Ha"! to watching the pollen counts--only works if you live somewhere they actually have a pollen count.
It has been a cold winter here and still is-expecting more snow today- but the poor old trees are trying to bud out.
I take OTC Claritin ADN OTC Zertec every day and still have problems.
