Echoing Kathleen's comments.. It is Important that a "Serious" Allergy Sufferer KNOW their Allergy Triggers and take the proper measures to address them. While many Sufferers know that perhaps Cat, Dust or Mites may be one of their Allergy Triggers... ALLERGY Disease is all about the various Layers ..upon Layers of different / multiple Allergens that an Individuals Immune System is subjected to.. this is called Allergy LOAD. In Allergic Individuals .. their Allergen Load ..often Exceeds their Allergy Symptom ThresHold.. causing Achooo ! To address / reduce one or two of your Offending Allergens may provide short term relief .. but many of most people's Offending Allergens are essentially Omni-Present in Todays Society making it difficult / if not impossible to avoid. Thus Said... Anti-ALLERGY Action Step #1 >( As Kathleen Suggests ) > Identify Your Allergy Triggers ( What YOU Are Allergic TO ) by visiting Your Primary Care Physician for a Simple, Medical Insurance covered > Allergy Blood Test. Your Allergy Test will TELL You > Which Allergens You are Allergiic To...as well as Your Degree of Allergy to EACH Offending Allergen. #2) Once You & Your Dr. can "SEE" Your Allergy Profile .. You can determine IF Your Allergy Profile can be Controlled by a Lifetime of Med's... OR if ImmunoTherapy shuold be Considered. While many people who hear ImmunoTherapy THINK > Allergy SHOTs > NOW ... ImmunoTherapy Vaccine can be delivered into the Body via Patient Friendly > Under-the-Tongue DROPs. FAR to Many People NEEDLESSLY Suffer from their ALLERGIES > Not knowing that a visit to their Prime Dr > A simple Blood Test & Daily ImmunoTherapy DROPs Under-the-Tongue will Neutralize EACH of their Offending Allergens at the Source > Producing Lasting > If Not LifeTime Allergy Relief, Improved Health and a Quality of Life NOT compromised by Allergy Disease. This Holiday SEASON & New Year > Given YOUR Loved One the GIFT of HEALTH > and a LifeTime FREE of of Allergy !
